New to the market, DomeVex lenses provide a larger angle view than a standard convex lens. As a hybrid between a standard convex mirror and a dome mirror, the DomeVex mirror provides a wider, 180-degree. These are great security mirrors for covenience stores and other shops where theft may occur. The hardboard backing is for use indoors only.

New to the security and safety mirror scene, the DomeVex mirror is a hybrid between a typical round convex mirror and a full dome mirror. Convex mirrors offer a 160-degree view, while a full dome offers a 360-degree view. However, due to a substantially larger profile and the fact you cannot mount full dome mirrors in locations where you can mount convex mirrors, our fabricators create a new product by combining the convex and a dome, naming it DomeVex.
DomeVex mirrors offer a 180-degree, wide-angle view with the smaller profile of a round convex mirror. In some scenarios, one DomeVex mirror can provide the same view as two side-by-side convex mirrors (see illustration below). Please note, the image below is for an outdoor application, but this could also be applied to an indoor area as well.
