Most inspection mirrors ship within 3-4 days – all other mirrors are manufactured on order and ready to ship within 4-9 business

National Safety Mirror Returns Policy

All of our mirrors are made to order by Se-Kure Dome and Mirrors. Our return policy is aligned with that of Se-Kure Domes and Mirrors.

Please note: Upon receiving your mirror, you have seven days to inspect it for damages and notify us of any issues. If you wish to return the mirror for reasons other than warranty issues, you must request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) within 30 days of receiving the mirror by contacting our customer service department. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee upon inspection. To be eligible for a return, the mirror must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns will not be accepted for mirrors outside the 30-day window.

Upon receipt of the mirror, provided the product is returned in its original condition, a refund will be issued for less than a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping amount will be charged to the buyer within seven business days of receipt of the return. It is strongly recommended that you ship the return with tracking and signature confirmation to confirm your return was received at our facility.

Special orders, including those noted as special orders, discounted orders, large quantity orders, special pricing, or any orders where pricing and shipping fall outside the published rates, may not be returned.

All items listed as “ALL SALES FINAL” will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from the purchase price unless the return is due to our error.

The following terms must be met by you.

Return the merchandise to us within 30 days once the RMA has been issued.

  • The products must be returned in new condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.
  • Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Mirror Warranty

SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS, the fabricator for National Safety Mirror, products are made of the finest parts available. If, within one (1) year of purchase, should there be a defect in material or workmanship due to fault or act of the manufacturer, and if, in the judgment of SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS., the unit has received normal use and care, and if no damage or wear has resulted from abuse, neglect, misuse, tampering, or accident, the unit will be replaced, free of charge.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LlEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLlED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILlTY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS ONLY OBLIGATION SHALL BE TO REPLACE SUCH PRODUCTS PROVED TO BE DEFECTIVE. BEFORE USING, USER SHALL DETERMINE THE SUITABLlTY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ITS INTENDED USE, AND USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LlABILlTY WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS., SHALL NOT IN ANY WAY BE LlABLE EITHER IN TORT OR IN CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILlTY TO USE THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM SE-KURE DOMES & MIRRORS.

National Safety Mirror Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any Continental United States address. Note that some products have restrictions, and some cannot be shipped via FedEx/UPS and must be shipped by a tractor-trailer. Larger quantity orders may be more cost-effective to ship via LTL tractor-trailer shipments. You can contact us directly to obtain a shipping quote. You can also ship on your FedEx, UPS, or freight line accounts by simply contacting us directly to place your order.

LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS THAT CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT / LTL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FLAT RATE SHIPPING & YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED & SHIPPED

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All items are manufactured in the United States when the order is placed to ensure the best quality available. We do not source any mirrors overseas primarily due to inferior quality to the products made in the USA. Most inspection mirrors ship within three to four days – all other mirrors are manufactured on order and ready to ship within 4 to 9 business days. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are flat. We pay a portion of the shipping charge. By default, your order will ship without a signature requirement. If you want us to mark your shipment signature required for delivery, please email us immediately after placing your order so we may process your shipment accordingly.

If you do not request a direct signature on your order, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages left at your doorstep by FedEx or UPS drivers. If you receive a damaged order, don’t hesitate to contact us within seven business days of delivery so we can provide instructions.

Expedited Shipping (Overnight, Two Day & Three Day Service):
